FALL YOUTH GIRLS VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
Grades 3rd thru 5th
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: September 13th, 2010
DATES: September 21st-November 9th
DAY: Every Tuesday for 8 weeks
TIMES: 6:00 – 7:30 pm
· 45 minutes of instruction and 45 minutes of competition each night
· May register individually, as a team, with a friend (Each player must fill out a separate registration form)
· The first night will be an organized practice and evaluation for individual players
· Each player will be placed on a team at the end of the first night of practice
· Culminates in a one-night, season-end tournament. Medals will be given.
· Volleyball t-shirts will be provided for a team or teams can wear their own jersey. The color of the t-shirt will be different, depending on the team your daughter is placed on. The ATTACK logo will be printed on the t-shirt. If an entire, completely formed, team is registering together, you may decide to wear your own designed t-shirt or jersey.
· Professional coaches for instruction. 10 to 1 ratio - player to coach. Assistant coaches will be used.
· Volunteer coaches are welcome. (interested Moms and Dads) are welcome for team support and substitution of players.
· Lowered nets and closer serving line
INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION: $150.00 per player (Add $7.00 for Attack jersey). If you want your daughter to play with a friend, please indicate on registration form.
INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION FOR 4 OR MORE PLAYERS: $140/player. (Add $7 for Attack t-shirt per player). Must register by mail or in person to The MAC for discount.
TEAM REGISTRATION: $1100 Per team. No more than 8 players/team. Add $7/player if Attack t-shirt is needed.
TEAM REGISTRATION MUST BE DELIVERED TO THE MAC OR MAILED. EACH PLAYER MUST COMPLETE A SEPARATE REGISTRATION FORM.
You may register on-line or print out the registration form and bring to The MAC or you may mail the form with payment to The MAC. Every player must have a t-shirt or specially designed shirt for league play.
